** PERMITTING-
**Air Ad Promotions will NOT pull permits unless customer states they approve the extra charge.
Air Ad promotions offers an additional service of pulling temporary sign permits, if required by the city. The service fee is $35.00 plus the cost of the permit. **In the event the permit has to be obtained in person, an additional fee of $50.00- $75.00 may apply**
**Please note – Air Ad Promotions is familiar with most locations on what can and cannot be installed without obtaining permission from the city. If Air Ad Promotions does NOT recommend installing in a certain area, but the customer choses to regardless, we will need written approval from the customer to proceed. If Air Ad Promotions suggests installing décor and the city disapproves and fines the location, Air Ad Promotions will be held responsible for the fines.
In the permitting box- please specify if you would like to pull the permit yourself, or would like us to give our recommendation.
**Lost, Stolen or Damaged-
Please note that any damages or loss of Air Ad equipment occurring during a rental period may result in repair or replacement charges. Any decor missing from the rental package at the time of removal will be subject to shipping fees and will be your responsibility to return in a timely manner to Air Ad Promotions, or if lost you will be responsible for the replacement charges. We value Marcos pizza as a preferred client and strive to take all of the necessary steps to give each location a memorable and positive event. In order to do so we must all work together and take care of our Marcos décor each time we have an event so your next location can enjoy it as much as you did. Thank you for understanding.
***All décor will be picked up at the time of removal except for the yellow logo table-cloth. That is a gift for the store from AAP.
